Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI systems, focusing on scalability, latency, and cost-efficiency for production environments.
- Lead the development of our 2026 technology stack, integrating cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision capabilities.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines to handle millions of data points per second with zero downtime.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Establish and enforce best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure governance.
- Ensure data security and model transparency in all AI implementations.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern data science libraries.
- Extensive experience designing distributed systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
- Experience with edge computing and optimizing models for resource-constrained environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
