Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of state-of-the-art Generative AI models, specifically targeting the capabilities required for the 2026 market landscape.
- Design scalable MLOps pipelines to support continuous training, deployment, and monitoring of large-scale models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model explainability, and bias mitigation in AI systems.
- Conduct deep research into emerging AI architectures and evaluate their feasibility for integration into our product suite.
- Drive the optimization of model inference latency and cost-efficiency on cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a proven track record of deploying complex models to production.
- Extensive experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, Llama) and fine-tuning techniques (PEFT, LoRA, RLHF).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, high-availability architectures, and system performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
