Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-level workloads in 2026.
- Lead the implementation of Agentic AI workflows, moving beyond simple chatbots to autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Multimodal LLMs into legacy and greenfield systems.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Define technical roadmaps for the evolution of our AI stack over the next 2-3 years.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and mentor senior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and RAG architectures.
- Experience designing cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex technical transformations.
- Familiarity with edge computing and quantum-ready architecture concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
