Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines designed for 2026 performance standards.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and ethical AI standards.
- Model Optimization: Conduct research to optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement guardrails and safety protocols to ensure AI outputs are fair, unbiased, and compliant with evolving regulations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex research into production-ready features.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- AI Expertise: Strong understanding of transformer architectures, NLP, and computer vision fundamentals.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
