Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable systems)
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech into product development
- Present strategic insights to investors, partners, and industry panels
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
- Monitor patent landscapes and competitive technology strategies
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready infrastructure
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record in commercializing future technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning skills
