Responsibilities
- Design Future-Proof Architectures: Spearhead the design of scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting petabyte-scale data and real-time inference.
- Lead Research & Development: Drive R&D initiatives in Generative AI and Large Language Models to achieve state-of-the-art performance metrics.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Implement advanced optimization techniques to reduce model latency and computational costs without sacrificing accuracy.
- AI Ethics & Governance: Establish and enforce strict protocols for bias mitigation, transparency, and responsible AI deployment.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of elite data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical discipline.
- Technical Mastery: Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Experience Level: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Reinforcement Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, or Graph Neural Networks.
- Creativity: Proven track record of thinking outside the box to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
