Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the core infrastructure for the 2026 Roadmap, ensuring high availability and zero-latency performance.
- Collaborate with quantum research teams to integrate novel algorithms into production-ready software stacks.
- Establish and enforce best practices for security, scalability, and code quality across the engineering department.
- Lead the migration strategy from legacy monoliths to our new microservices-oriented 2026 Platform.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and mentor senior engineers on advanced system design patterns.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and Go programming languages.
- Proven track record of designing high-concurrency distributed systems.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native architecture on AWS or GCP.
- Strong understanding of machine learning operations (MLOps) and data pipelines.
