Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning architectures for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the integration of quantum-ready algorithms into our cloud infrastructure.
- Optimize deep learning models for real-time inference on edge devices.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric features.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and define coding standards for the AI division.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in designing large-scale distributed systems and machine learning models.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity theory.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
