Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid solutions
- Identify emerging tech trends through global R&D partnerships and patent analysis
- Architect scalable infrastructure for next-gen decentralized systems
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints with MIT and Stanford research consortia
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships and government grants
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Physics or related field
- Proven track record launching billion-dollar tech innovations
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and climate tech
- Published author in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global partnerships
- Active patent portfolio (10+ granted patents)
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants
