Responsibilities

- Mentor and guide a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, latency optimization, and robust error handling.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Proven track record of working with LLMs, Transformers, and NLP technologies.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
