Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable software solutions for our core platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while participating in rigorous code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and evaluate emerging technologies to keep our tech stack modern.
- Participate in our comprehensive training program and take ownership of a capstone project.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date in Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or Go.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Spring Boot) or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
