Responsibilities
- Define the high-level technical vision and architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to final deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, data scientists, and product managers, to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development process to ensure smooth delivery of the 2026 roadmap.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in and resources.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and product architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale products from concept to market launch.
- Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices.
- Strong background in AI/ML integration and scalable backend systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to diverse audiences.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
