Responsibilities

- Guide the technical strategy for AI ethics and compliance, ensuring our systems adhere to evolving global standards.
- Mentor and inspire a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex 2026 roadmaps into concrete technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven experience in deploying and managing Large Language Models and Generative AI frameworks.
