In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment, architecting scalable neural networks that redefine human-computer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement high-performance machine learning infrastructure capable of handling billions of parameters in real-time.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and diffusion models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- MLOps Implementation: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI, ensuring reproducibility and automated scaling across cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research into emerging AI paradigms, including Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Multi-Agent Orchestration.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-level AI models.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and vector databases.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex mathematical and engineering challenges with innovative solutions.
