Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for client adaptation to emerging paradigms (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on future-state scenarios
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and their business implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing C-level decisions
- Published thought leadership on future trends or transformation strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
