Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the architectural vision for our AI evolution, identifying key technologies and milestones for the next 2-3 years.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, large-scale machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and researchers to translate complex AI concepts into deployable, user-centric solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and improve inference speeds for real-time AI applications.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and data privacy in accordance with emerging regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role within AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and delivering on strategic goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
