Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI systems for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Define and enforce best practices for machine learning, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct deep-dive technical assessments and proof-of-concept validations.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Edge Computing) into our core stack.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems and cloud architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with MLOps, data engineering, and model deployment pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
