Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for our 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technology trends.
- System Design: Design and implement complex, large-scale distributed systems and machine learning pipelines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technology Stack: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., LLMs, Quantum-ready protocols) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs meet stringent security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead technical role.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience architecting solutions on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive projects from conception to deployment.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
