Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning systems for future-proof applications.
- Lead the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions.
- Optimize existing algorithms and models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in software development and AI ethics.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
