Responsibilities
- Define and lead the technical vision for the 2026 AI product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into actionable engineering strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of AI models, optimizing for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, safety, and ethical deployment.
- Conduct technical research and present findings on emerging trends in Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and lead technical discussions.
