Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of the 2026 AI infrastructure stack, focusing on Generative AI and LLMs.
- Define technical vision and strategy for long-term AI product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct research on cutting-edge AI algorithms and evaluate their feasibility for production use.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance at petabyte scale.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of designing large-scale machine learning systems.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, NLP, and computer vision.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
