Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define long-term technical strategies and vision for the next 2 years.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement distributed AI architectures capable of handling high-throughput data streams and real-time inference.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Evaluate emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, Transformers, Neural Symbolic AI) and integrate them into our product ecosystem.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor a team of talented engineers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and architectural integrity.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, latency, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in Machine Learning or AI architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to think strategically about technology trends and their application to business problems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
