As part of our elite engineering team, you will define the technical strategy for 2026, architecting scalable systems that leverage the latest breakthroughs in generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the end-to-end design of our agentic AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for next-gen applications.
- Model Integration: Integrate and fine-tune proprietary and open-source LLMs to build autonomous agents capable of complex reasoning and execution.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of inference pipelines, optimizing latency and throughput for real-time AI interactions.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and set coding standards using modern cloud-native technologies and containerization strategies.
- R&D Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and product managers to translate research concepts into production-ready features.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, with deep understanding of frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience designing systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP with a focus on serverless and microservices architectures.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex architectural challenges in high-scale environments.
