Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and cloud services (Azure/O365)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for network infrastructure (Cisco/Juniper)
- Document SOPs and create technical documentation for IT processes
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Maintain 99.9% system uptime SLA through proactive monitoring
Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux administration
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to start within 48 hours of offer acceptance
- Valid Nebraska driver's license for occasional site visits
