What You Will Do:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and deployment of scalable AI systems. You will work closely with data scientists, researchers, and product managers to turn theoretical breakthroughs into tangible, production-ready solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable deep learning systems for the 2026 core platform.
- Optimize large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures for high throughput and low latency.
- Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) of AI models.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Research and prototype emerging AI technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and reliability in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models serving millions of users.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Experience with AI safety, alignment, and responsible AI practices is a plus.
