Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI models and deep learning infrastructure for the 2026 Horizon suite.
- Research & Development: Lead research initiatives exploring novel neural network topologies and generative AI techniques.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of 5+ Data Scientists and ML Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment, scaling, and optimization of ML pipelines in production environments.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct rigorous feasibility studies to ensure 2026 project milestones are achievable and scalable.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Spark).
