Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the long-term technical strategy and product vision for AI integration across all company verticals.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and manage a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from prototyping and training to deployment and monitoring in production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends (e.g., Neural Architecture Search, Federated Learning) and integrate them into our product suite.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 4 years in a lead or senior role specializing in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow), experience with large-scale cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and strong knowledge of NLP and Deep Learning architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and leading teams through complex product cycles.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
