Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision, focusing on AI-driven scalability and efficiency.
- Architect high-performance machine learning systems and deep learning infrastructure.
- Lead a team of top-tier engineers in designing, coding, and deploying production-grade AI models.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential to drive business value and innovation.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a commitment to continuous delivery.
