Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical development of Project 2026's core neural engine.
- Define technical roadmaps and translate complex scientific requirements into scalable software architecture.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and precision.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization to ensure real-time latency is under 2ms.
- Partner with product leadership to define product vision and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage stakeholder communication regarding technical feasibility and project milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or principal engineering role.
- Deep understanding of machine learning models, specifically in predictive analytics and optimization algorithms.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
