Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI technology roadmap and high-level architectural strategy.
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of large-scale machine learning pipelines and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into core product offerings.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging AI technologies to assess feasibility for future products.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning architecture, or data science.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects with a focus on future-forward technologies.
- Expert knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI, and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
