- Future-Proofing: Anticipate industry shifts towards AGI and Quantum AI integration, preparing our systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with product management to translate complex technical concepts into viable product features.
- R&D Management: Oversee R&D initiatives focused on explainable AI (XAI) and ethical AI governance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: Proven track record of patenting novel algorithms or publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML).
