Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum circuits for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for 100+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum algorithms into deployable solutions
- Partner with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical interfaces
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Drive quantum security frameworks for critical infrastructure
- Mentor junior scientists in quantum programming best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance
- Proven track record of published quantum research
- Strong background in superconducting or trapped-ion systems
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Deep understanding of cryptographic implications of quantum computing
- Exceptional problem-solving for complex quantum algorithms
