Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning architectures for large-scale NLP and computer vision tasks.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and researchers in the end-to-end development of AI solutions.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency in production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning engineering.
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
