Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic roadmap for Artificial Intelligence, identifying emerging trends and technologies to integrate into our core infrastructure.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant neural network architectures capable of processing exabyte-scale data streams.
- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), generative adversarial networks (GANs), and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering squad, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and ethical AI development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex research into market-ready products.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of inference speed and model accuracy to ensure real-time responsiveness in critical applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale AI solutions from concept to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt technical strategies accordingly.
