Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data and real-time inference.
- Lead Research and Development (R&D) initiatives focused on the 2026 strategic roadmap, including agentic workflows and multimodal AI.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines to improve latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Establish best practices for model governance, bias mitigation, and ethical AI deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face ecosystem.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
