As a key member of our elite R&D team, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade deployment, ensuring our models are not only accurate but also ethically sound and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end AI solutions using Python and C++.
- Design and optimize large-scale neural networks for real-time inference.
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for model governance and security.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to refine algorithms for maximum accuracy.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to automate model training, testing, and deployment.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge techniques in Large Language Models (LLMs).
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong background in NLP and Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
