We are looking for a visionary Senior Agentic AI Architect to lead our research and engineering efforts in San Francisco.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, scalable software engineering. You will be responsible for designing systems that not only understand context but act autonomously to solve complex problems in real-time.

Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, multi-agent AI systems for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced Reinforcement Learning (RL) and LLM fine-tuning strategies.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment of AI models.
- Mentor a diverse team of AI engineers and data scientists to foster technical growth.
- Collaborate with product and security teams to ensure ethical AI deployment and data privacy.
- Define the technical roadmap for autonomous agent evolution over the next 3 years.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama) into production environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, vector databases, and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving technical strategy.
