Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year strategic foresight framework for technological and market evolution
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce visionary reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions
- Establish innovation KPIs and track ecosystem evolution metrics
- Mentor teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or tech foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
