Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and storyboard 2D animation sequences based on project requirements and creative briefs.
- Execute high-quality frame-by-frame animation and motion graphics using industry-standard software (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Optimize animated assets for various platforms, ensuring fast load times without compromising visual fidelity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers, to ensure technical feasibility of animations.
- Stay updated on the latest 2D animation trends, techniques, and software updates to continuously improve our creative output.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior animators within the creative department.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in 2D animation and motion design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles, including character animation, infographic motion, and commercial motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of timing, spacing, and motion principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
