Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality 2D animations for web, mobile, and advertising campaigns.
- Create storyboards and animatics to visualize project concepts before production begins.
- Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom Harmony, and CelAction to produce professional-grade motion graphics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to ensure technical feasibility and design accuracy.
- Refine and polish animations to ensure high fidelity and smooth frame rates.
- Mentor junior animators and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and techniques in 2D animation and motion design.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of 5+ years in professional 2D animation or motion graphics.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of styles and techniques.
- Proficiency in After Effects, Toon Boom Harmony, or similar animation software.
- Strong understanding of animation principles (squash and stretch, timing, ease-in/ease-out).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or Fine Arts is preferred.
