Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the organization, specifically focusing on 2026 readiness and beyond.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, including AI-driven automation, quantum computing readiness, and advanced edge computing.
- Design scalable, resilient system architectures that can handle high-throughput demands in a distributed environment.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native frameworks, ensuring zero downtime and data integrity.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for code quality, security, and performance.
- Conduct feasibility studies for novel technologies to determine their potential impact on business growth.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, system engineering, or technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
