Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, and blockchain
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to $1B+ valuation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Deep familiarity with ISO 27001 and NIST 2.0 frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global partnerships
- Patents in at least one exponential technology domain
