Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in HR Strategy, Organizational Development, or Technology Consulting.
- Proven track record of implementing large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, remote collaboration tools, and the metaverse.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex tech trends into actionable business plans.
- Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills.
