Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of the 2026 core platform, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Guide the team through complex technical challenges and mentor junior architects and engineers.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture and systems design, with a focus on scalable cloud-native solutions.
- Deep expertise in the 2026 stack, including advanced proficiency in Python, Go, and distributed systems.
