Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance architecture for the 2026 core system stack.
- Lead the migration of legacy infrastructure to predictive, autonomous data models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven decision engines into core workflows.
- Establish best practices for security, latency optimization, and quantum-resistant encryption.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers in modern engineering methodologies.
- Conduct rigorous system audits to ensure 99.999% uptime and data integrity.
- Define the technical roadmap for future software releases aligned with the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in leading cloud-native environments.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong background in implementing AI/ML pipelines and predictive analytics models.
- Experience with high-throughput data processing frameworks (Apache Kafka, Flink).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical transitions.
