Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive product vision and roadmap for the 2026 strategic cycle.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, architect, and deliver innovative software solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and product features.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Mentor junior architects and product managers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure product-market fit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management or software architecture.
- Proven track record of leading product roadmaps and delivering high-impact software products.
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Aha!, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and microservices architecture is highly desirable.
