Responsibilities

- Lead 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical strategy and deliverables for our flagship 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- System Optimization: Refine existing codebases and infrastructure to improve latency, throughput, and energy efficiency for next-gen applications.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers, data scientists, and UX designersâto translate abstract concepts into tangible features.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain high engineering standards by conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Pioneering Research: Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Intelligence to integrate cutting-edge advancements into our stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in agile environments with a focus on iterative delivery and continuous integration.
