Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in fast-paced emergency and critical care settings
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Adhere to all hospital protocols and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active NM RN license required
- BSN degree preferred (ADN with experience considered)
- 2+ years of ER or ICU experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
