Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum hardware-software co-design systems for scalable quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum networks across 5 data centers
- Develop error mitigation protocols achieving 99.9% qubit stability thresholds
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era cyber threats
- Drive R&D initiatives in topological qubit fabrication and cryogenic control systems
- Mentor quantum engineers in emerging paradigms like quantum machine learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological computing
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and compiler development
- Proven track record leading quantum infrastructure projects with 100+ qubit systems
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography and post-quantum security standards
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit manipulation
