Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-classical hybrid systems for enterprise-scale deployment by 2026
- Design fault-tolerant quantum networks with 99.99% reliability benchmarks
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Develop security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption infrastructure
- Optimize qubit coherence times in next-gen cryogenic systems
- Establish KPIs for quantum advantage implementation across industries
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary quantum algorithms and methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum hardware integration and quantum software development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
